I haven’t been interested in World of Warcraft since about a month after Cataclysm was released. I hit 85, completed all available content and signed off. Fast forward about 18 months and I decided to drop into the Guild Wars 2 release and to my surprise, I actually enjoyed and thought it was visually stunning. Two weeks on from that, GW2 won’t be launched again off this computer. I’ve had enough. Yes, it’s bloody beautiful but…coming from a WoW background, I hated that combat system.
Anyway, with Mists Of Pandaria on the horizon and the subtle taste for a refined MMO due to the recently released GW2, I’ve started looking forward to it. Getting back with my Warrior, leveling (which is the best shit ever in an MMO), experiencing the whole new zones, dungeons and cities and having fun! So, what have I done? Nothing, apart from update my game client. However, I will be sorting out my character within the next few days, possible changing realm/faction and preparing myself.
MoP is released 25.09.12, and the closer it gets, the more I want back in!
What was the little kick I needed? Probably the video above. Watch it. Love it. That music. Cream.

I’m quite tempted to see what it’s all about. Might have to give it a go!
I’ve just renewed my subscription after a year or so away, we will see how MoP grabs me.
