The first beta weekend for The Secret World is coming up, and if you’ve pre-ordered or taken advantage of special giveaway things, you will be able to see the many things that the game has to offer. Well, sort of. You’ll be able to explore the Templar hubs in London and Kingsmouth. Well, as much of Kingsmouth that you can see anyway. It’s covered in fog, with weird stuff in it.
Here the small town of Kingsmouth is under siege and you must discover what dark force lies behind it all. A strange fog has come in from the ocean and death has followed in its wake. The dead are rising. The monsters of the forest are stirring. An ancient and terrible power is awaking.

The event starts at 9am PDT/5pm BST on the 11th of May, and stops on the Sunday at 12am PDT/8am BST. Enjoy your tentacle things.
