A new character will be released in the new upcoming patch 1.0.0.125. Riven, The Exile. From the look of the character, it seems Riven is a aggressive combo champion, with high mobility for chasing, running and dodging. Riven uses no mana/energy bar, and is solely based on CDR (Cool Down Reduction) so you will probably feel right at home, if you have used Garen before.
Riven is not the only change that will be coming to League of Legends, the new patch will also bring many nerfing and buffing on the existing champions. Example, Taric is getting a completely new make over on his ultimate spell. So scroll down and watch the video, for more details check the patch notes video after the break.

Reminds me of that Cloud chap from Final Fantasy, only with a smashed sword.
I think shes based on that character, not quite sure however she sure kick ass, will probably try and get her once I fix my rune book.
